Commercial Furniture Services, Inc., a Minnesota corporation ("us", "we", or "our") realizes that you care about how your personal information is used and shared.  This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, store and otherwise process personal information through http://www.cfsmn.com (the "Site"). 

We use your Personal Information for providing our services (the “Services”), improving the Site, and for the purposes set forth in this Policy. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • IP Address

Your “IP Address” is a number that is automatically assigned to the computer that you are using by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). An IP Address may be identified and logged automatically in our server log files whenever you access the Site, along with the time of the visit and the page(s) that you visited. Collecting IP Addresses is standard practice and is done automatically by many websites, applications and other services. We uses IP Addresses to calculate usage levels of the Site, help diagnose problems with its servers, administer the Site, and monitoring the regions from which you navigate to our Site.
 

We and our service providers may collect Personal Information in a variety of ways, including:

  • Through our Site: We may collect Personal Information e.g., when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, download content, etc.

We may use third parties to serve advertisements on other websites that may be of interest to you, based on information collected about your use of the Site and other websites.  To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie on your browser (including using pixel tags and web beacons). 
     

In addition, we may use third-party services such as Google Analytics.  Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyze how users use the Site. The information generated about Site usage (including your shortened IP address) is transmitted to Google in the U.S. This information is used to evaluate visitors’ use of the Domain, compile statistical reports on Site activity, and provide other services related to the Site. Use of Information

Sale of Personal Information

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold Personal Information.  We do not and will not sell your Personal Information, unless you give us your consent or direct us to do so.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure from intrusion or hacking, and there is therefore always some risk assumed by sharing Personal Information online.  We have implemented organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect Personal Information within our organization, including security controls to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.  If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of your account has been compromised), please immediately contact us as set forth below.
 

Control of Information

Individuals have the right to access their personal data. If you would like to access, correct, amend, remove or limit the use or disclosure of any Personal Information about you that we have collected and/or stored, please contact us (as set forth below) so that we may evaluate and respond to your request in accordance with applicable law. 

For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to your request within thirty days.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes, to comply with applicable law (including laws outside your country of residence), and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such access, change, or deletion.

We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.  Usage data collected automatically by us may be anonymized and stored indefinitely.
 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the “Effective Date” set forth above and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change this Policy at any time and you should check this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site or any Service after we post any modifications to this Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Policy.

If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will make commercially reasonable attempts to notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a notice on our Site.
