How to Sanitize and Disinfect Vinyl and Polyurethane (PU) Upholstery Fabrics

In response to increasing questions from clients on how to safely sanitize and disinfect upholstery fabrics, we are passing along recommendations from the CDC, as well as specifics based on fabric type:

For Vinyl and Polyurethane (PU):

Upholstery Fabrics: CDC guidelines recommend a solution of bleach and clean water – 1 teaspoon per gallon of clean water.  Stronger concentrations are not recommended as fabric damage might result.
